The price in Euro is per day per apartment and includes
garage, linen and towels, dishcloths and value added tax
There is a final cleaning charge of 45 Euro.
Extras:
Additional bed: 50% discount on the unit price for each person.
Children’s bed is free.
Compensation of 50 Euro, if the apartment is not left in a clean condition.
Terms of conditions:
To make a reservation, a deposit of 30% of the booking is mandatory as a confirmation.
Facility for payment: bank transfer, PayPal
Final bill: cash, check
We do not accept credit cards
Cancellation polocies:
For cancellations, the deposit will not be refunded.
In the case of a late arrival or early departure, the booked stay will be charged.
We remind you that as from 01.01.2015 a "temporary visitor" tax will be levied on all stays in accommodation establishments
(valid for our category) of 1,75 € per person/per day. (Except children up to 14 years)
